It is with pride and excitement Palmquist Elementary School will host its Annual Fall Carnival. The event will feature an assortment of delicious foods, games and kids’ activities including bounce houses, a live DJ playing great music, face painting, crafts a cake walk and much more. The Fall Carnival helps fulfill many important goals for our school. The most urgent goal is to raise money to help pay for important programs such as Accelerated Reading (AR). But, just as important, we are bringing local Oceanside families and the community together for a fun, social activity. We’re involving the community and local businesses to help us strive for the success of their community school. And, it’s a great opportunity to educate people about the many ways to support our students and get involved at the school. We look forward to seeing everyone on October 12th. A lot of work goes into putting this amazing event together and we can always use more help. Take a minute and sign up to volunteer.
